The Sri Lankan hearing impaired cricketers, who won the Deaf ICC T-20 cricket world cup, met with President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat, today (14).

The tournament which was organized for the first time held in Delhi, India. The President who appreciated the talents of the Sri Lankan players extended his best wishes and President Sirisena had taken steps to provide financial donation for this cricket team prior to they leave for the tournament .

The President of the Sri Lanka Deaf Cricket Association, Anula Ranjani, coaches Jayalath Aponso and Ushantha Gunaratne also participated on this occasion.
