President Mahinda Rajapaksa and his
delegation arrived in Guangzhu from Beijing in a special
plane today (2). Guangzhu is a popular tourist destination
with historical and cultural significance. It is also
an industrial centre.
The President met representatives
of entrepreneurs, investors and tourism industry of
Guangzhu at an investment and tourist promotion workshop
in the city. It was followed by a cordial meeting between
the President and the Governor Huang Huahua of Guangzhu.
